Preparing and Keeping of Saffron

 Ingredients:enough Saffron, one spoon or teaspoon, enough icy water Make Saffron as powder by rubbing back of spoon on its plastic from down to up Add a half of cup from icy water for each one of teaspoon of powdered Saffron, then let  it gives its all color for about 5 to 10 mints For keeping it for a while, please put enough Saffron water in one icy cube tray and put it in the freezer.
