Welcome to another episode of the Persian Kitchen.So what do you think of Mahi-ye Doodi or smoked white fish?I am not a fan of the pre-made smoked white fish available at Persian stores. I generally find them to be too salty for my taste. I had never thought about smoking my own fish until a couple of years ago when a friend of mine purchased a smoker. Of course it would be way too easy for me to simply talk of a recipe here using his fancy smoker. The reality is that not everyone owns a smoker.
